Sometimes good people fall on hard times. Working closely with each client we analyze their situation. A portion of the people who come to us are early enough in the process that we can help renegotiate their loan and help them keep their home.

It may seem that we can do miracles, but even miracles can take a couple of months.

Most of the people we see are within days or a week or two of foreclosure. Often the best we can do is help them get out of the situation without a foreclosure on their credit report, and without a deficiency judgement. This allows them to start over with a pretty clean slate.

Quick Sale

If you are not in a pre-foreclosure position, and just want to sell your home fast, we buy homes fast for cash. Sometimes we can do this in 3 or 4 days, if your asking price is reasonable.

We make sure that all of the people we work with have realistic expectations of what can be done in their situation. Our documentation is clear and is as simple as legally possible. Our staff spends as much time as needed for our clients to get comfortable with the process.

If the word “probate” has entered your vocabulary, you have probably recently lost someone very close to you. You’re not thinking clearly, and you have been facing many decisions. Even with lots of planning time, these are not easy.
